Dear another person too sober to understand.

Am I supposed to believe you're here to save me

Because lately, this life has been a distraction
Keeping me away from what's really happening.
I'm working a nine to five but it's more like six to life

This glass prison I'm trapped in... is just wasting my time.

But I'm a little shorter so it means I'm gonna have to work a little bit harder.
All for the American dream
but for me I do it because I'm scared of living on the streets.

There's nothing like telling the person your heart just wants to be with, to be happy... even when it's not with you. I kind of died inside and I don't know what to to do now. What to do with myself, I know it's stupid like hell and I shouldn't even... still it hurts.
